ordering info:

most items (especially the newest ones) on the site include a "pay now" button which will direct you to paypal - you can order there by credit card, or if you have a paypal account, you can pay by electronic check. if there's no button for the item, shoot us an email at letter@tooknappress.com to let us know you want to purchase, and we'll send you a paypal invoice. checks or money orders are also welcome forms of payment, but items will not be shipped until the check has cleared.

we ship everything via priority mail, and charge $4.00 shipping and handling per item. if you want to buy multiple items, we can combine shipping costs, which will save considerable cash. your item will be shipped return receipt, and trackable online to prevent loss.

if something goes drastically wrong, and the stuff arrives broken or otherwise damaged, we'll be happy to return or exchange the merchandise within three days of purchase. feel free to email us with any questions or concerns!
